CENTRE Bobby Joe Culpepper, 86, formerly of Rainsville, Ala., passed away Monday, Oct. 28, 2013.Funeral will be 2 p.m. CDT today,Oct. 30, from W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Mark Haynes and the Rev. Reggie Byrum officiating.Burial will follow in Old Sardis Cemetery.
