ROCK SPRING Teresa Ann Headrick Cagle, 54, passed away on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013.She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was a member of Rossville Church of God. Teresa was a graduate of LaFayette High School class of 1977, attended Chattanooga State Community College, and has enjoyed working for Dr. Charles Holts Dental Office for the past 29 years.Teresa is survived by her husband, of 36 years, Jeffrey Cagle; mother, Janice (Mitch) Spicer, of Rock Spring; father, Tommy (Jean) Headrick, of Cleveland; son, Michael "Zach" (Miranda) Cagle, of LaFayette; sister, Brittany (Jason) Morrison, of Cleveland; brother, Chris (Idell) Spicer, of Chattanooga; precious grandchild, Addison Cagle; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Charlene Cagle; brother-in-law, Dennis (Claudia) Cagle; several nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, in the funeral home Chapel, with Pastor Robert Rudeseal and Brother Jackie Sexton officiating. The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. on Saturday until the service time.
