Carolyn Moses

Carolyn Elizabeth Moses, 68, of Hixson, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. She was a pianist for Miracle Baptist Church for many years and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey A. Moses and Edna L. Moses. Survivors include her siblings, Billie A. (Ina) Moses, Shirley M. (Cecil) Roberts, Mona M. (Joe) Lamb and Wynna M. Williams; nephews, Dean Moses, Greg Moses, Travis Williams, Wes Roberts, Zach Roberts and Bryan Lamb; niece, Kristi Davenport; special angel in her life, Stephanie Vermillion, who she cared for from early age on; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mike Combs officiating. Visitation is from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the Soddy-Daisy Health Care Center for all the kindness and care given to Carolyn. The family is very grateful to Amedysis Hospice for their kind and gracious care.
