Lucille Williams

Mary Lucille Elliott Williams, 96, passed away Tuesday March 18, 2014. A lifelong resident of the Tunnel Hill area, she was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, F.M. "Murphy" Williams; and parents, Festus and Nellie Staten Elliott. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Suzanne Williams, of Ringgold, Ga.; two sisters, Cathleen Reeves, of La Vista, Neb., and Mary Lou Beavers, of Soddy-Daisy; two grandchildren, Shane (Amanda) Williams and Jennifer (Mike) Henderson; four great-grandchildren, Austin Williams, Patch Williams, Mia Williams and Maggie Henderson; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 21, 2014 at Gordy Memorial Gardens with Pastor Chuck Clark officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
