Alma Bowman

Alma Gann Bowman died Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by parents, Fred and Lily Hixson Gann; sister, Lossie Gann Smith; sister, Helen Gann Wilson; brother, Horace Gann; nephew, David Gann. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Tom L. Bowman; nieces, Tonya Wilson Burleigh, Pam Wilson, Carol Gann Marcum; brother-in-law, Bobby Wilson; sister-in-law, Margaret Bowman; and several great-nieces and nephews. Alma Bowman loved all animals, and was a fancier of the Old English Mastiff breed of dogs. Private graveside services will be held, and there shall be a memorial service for Mrs. Bowman at a date to be announced.
