Elizabeth Freund

Elizabeth "Betty" Freund, 86, passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2014, at Hamilton Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Goldie Phillips. She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, James Freund of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Shannee J. and Carleton Williams, of Fayetteville, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Richard D. and Syliva Wooten, of Summerfield, Fla.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at noon Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, at St. JosephsCatholic Church with Father Paul Moreau officiating. The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014.
