Frances Hames Simmons, 92, passed away Thursday, Oct. 23, 2014, at her residence. Inurnment will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2014. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church with Rev. Joe Novenson officitaing. The family will receive friends from noon-1 p.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements are by Wann Funeral Home & Cremation Center, at the foot of historic Lookout Mountain, St. Elmo, 423-821-7551.
